Lilleberg Museum and Jim Reid Park

For those who wonder what Green Valley Lake was like in days gone by, they need only visit the Lilleberg Museum.

The museum and the community center which share a building Located at 33659 GVL Rd at the Corner of Holcomb Creek and GVL Rd, were made possible in part by Einar Lilleberg, who left his estate to the community with the proviso that the center be built.

The museum’s three benefactors were Einar Lilleberg; Jim Reid, who saved the dam in 1938 by clearing out a debris flow and Robbie Robinson, a local historian who was known as the oldest volunteer in San Bernardino County.

The Lilleberg Museum will be open every Saturday 2PM - 4PM between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend unless otherwise posted.

In addition to the Museum, there will be fun activities conducted in the Community Center and Jim Reid Park that will be FREE to ALL. Info on activities will be posted as the dates approach.

The Green Valley Lake Community Center / Lilleberg Museum / Jim Reid Park is a non profit organization.
